Description

The Orange Porcellionides pruinosus Isopod, commonly known as Powder Orange Isopod is a fast-moving species that can reach a mature size of around 10mm.

This species will thrive and reproduce rapidly in a both arid & tropical enclosure providing it has a deep substrate, leaf-litter, and an area with damp moss/soil/bark in which to retreat to as part of its environmental requirements and will eat their way through any decomposing organic matter, keeping your enclosure clean and healthy.

These Isopods also make a great calcium rich food source for smaller reptiles and amphibians, as well as inverts and spiders.
