Arcadia T8 Bird Lamp, 2.4% UVB

The range of Arcadia Bird 2.4% UVB T8 lamps are designed to provide birds with the essential ultraviolet light they require for healthy development and natural behaviour. Producing a carefully balanced spectrum of 2.4% UVB and 12% UVA, this specialist fluorescent lamp helps replicate the benefits of natural sunlight for birds kept indoors.

This sleek range of lamps are flicker free when used with Arcadia bird fittings and full-spectrum+UV-B. These lamps have a high CRI and are UV-B potent for one whole year of use. Providing an artificial source of UV light is often overlooked when keeping birds.

Designed to emit 12% UVA and 2.4% UVB exposing birds to the optimum UV levels they need which allows birds to create their own Vitamin D3 synthesis ensuring they see in natural colour vision. This will promote natural behaviour, increase mineral assimilation, storage and use and improve captive breeding.

Use in indoor cages, indoor aviaries, and breeding setups where access to natural sunlight may be limited.
