Delivery Information

We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, whether by post, courier, or our own fleet of vans (UK only).

All UK orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be processed for despatch the same day. We aim to despatch overseas orders as soon as possible.

Please bear in mind we do not generally send out deliveries on a Friday due to weekend delays but if necessary, we can do this at an additional cost (Saturday delivery – £12)

UK Delivery Costs (excluding Northern Ireland and Highlands & Irelands)

If we are not able to deliver to you via our own vans, orders will be despatched by first class post or courier. Delivery charges are calculated on order weight, starting at £5.50. If your order contains Frozen products, your will only be offered Courier delivery before 12.

If your order value is over £350 (net of VAT), delivery will be Free of Charge

• Post up to 2Kg - £5.50
• Courier Next Day - £6.95
• Courier Before 12 - £10.95
• Monkfield Van - £10.90

If your order value is over £400 (net of VAT), delivery will be Free of Charge.

Some customers will have the option for van delivery (£20 charge).

Courier charges will be as follows:

• Highlands and Islands 48 hour service: £15.00 for up to 20kg
• Northern Ireland 48 hour service: £24.00 for up to 20kg

All delivery costs will be clearly shown at the checkout before purchasing.

Charges will apply as per below on a spend threshold basis not weight.

• Up to €250 - €48.50
• Up to €500 - €92.50
• Up to €1000 - €131.50
• Up to €1750 - €197.50
• €1751 to €4999 - €250.00

Free of Charge delivery starts at €5000.
